Meditate Into Self-Love

Becoming more confident in who I am has been a powerful inner journey for me. There were so many times where I held myself back, and filled myself up with statements that weren’t true. In today’s society, it is so ease to get caught in the loop of imperfection— seeing all of our flaws and how we want to change ourselves. Negative self talk can be debilitating. When I started to shut away those negative barriers that’s when my light truly began to shine.

💕Look in the mirror and notice 5 things that you love about yourself

💕Do a self-love meditation.

Self love is one of the most powerful tools that you have. At the end of the day, we are truly the only ones that are with ourselves from birth to death, knowing every aspect and every thought that we have. Honoring and respecting yourself is the most important thing that you can do for yourself mentally & spiritually. Let that light within you shine brightly out towards the world
